Logo and website studio
Logos and websites, priced in the open.
Halden designs marks and sites as fixed packages. You pay on our Shopify checkout, then follow the job from a private page that opens when Shopify confirms the payment.
How a job moves
Payment, then the brief, then the files.
01
Choose a package
Four services, each with four prices. The list on the package is the work. Nothing is added at checkout.
02
Pay on Shopify
You leave this site for our Shopify checkout. Shopify Payments takes the card. We receive a paid-order webhook when it clears.
03
Send the brief
The webhook opens a private project page. Track it with your email and the Shopify order number, then tell us what to make.
04
Receive the files
Design time starts the weekday after payment and the brief are both in. Finished files are posted on that same page.
Questions, answered plainly.
Where is the card charged?
On our Shopify store, through Shopify Payments. Halden stores your name, email, and project notes. It does not store the card number, and it does not see it.
How does delivery start?
Shopify sends an orders/paid webhook to this site. That marks the project paid and opens the delivery page. A cancellation or a refund webhook stops the work.
How do I find the project after I pay?
Use Track delivery. Enter the email from the Shopify receipt and the order number, which looks like #1001. You can also use the Halden reference shown before you pay.
When does the clock start?
Business days begin the weekday after we have both the payment and your brief. A brief that arrives on Friday starts on Monday.
What counts as a revision?
A change to the direction already in progress. A new business, a second logo, or a page that was not in the package is a new order.
Do you host the site or run the shop?
The package covers the design and the pages listed. Your domain, hosting, Shopify plan, apps, taxes, and shipping rates stay in your accounts.
